Celebrate Languages, Culture and Community!
At the heart of this year’s celebrations is the NSW Aboriginal Languages Festival, a fun-filled day for the whole family celebrating NSW Aboriginal Languages and Community-led revitalisation efforts!
The festival is an open invitation to the whole NSW community to listen, learn, and celebrate Aboriginal Languages across NSW. It is suitable for all ages, with something for everyone!
Festival line-up
Popular Aboriginal hip-hop artist Kobie Dee will headline the Festival. Renowned ‘Koori King of Country Music’ Uncle Roger Knox and singer Loren Ryan will bring together voices and messages from different generations, paying tribute to the reclamation and revitalisation of Aboriginal languages in NSW.

Venue information
The NSW Aboriginal Languages Festival will take place at Carriageworks Sydney in the Blacksmiths workshop, located on Gadigal land.

Accessible via buses and Redfern, Macdonaldtown and Newtown train stations.
